VISION

We are a peace-oriented not-for-profit organization empowering the poor and under-supported by providing them the capacity through Bayanihan* to transform their lives and to drive economic, social and environmental sustainability in their respective communities.

BAYANIHAN - Is a Filipino culture. The practice of Bayanihan refers to a group or community coming together and helping one another to achieve a common greater goal. It promotes a culture of collaboration, and empowerment of every individual through teamwork, INNOVATION AND ACTION. At times, it entails sacrificial kindness for the benefit of others thereby placing the community above individual.

We engage, organize, mobilize and enable communities, associations, families, women and youth to develop and implement food security and livelihood solutions with strong social and environmental consciousness.
As a professional and peace-oriented organization that uphold to the principle of accountability and transparency, we continuously develop networks and partnerships with individuals and groups who adhere to the principles of sustainability.
Through bayanihan, we create an enabling environment for dedicated and passionate staff members and volunteers who work with the communities, cooperatives, and other development partners to carry out appropriate initiatives and efficient processes to attain our vision.
